Meet Nico Pilipovic, owner, master builder, and the heart of Nico Construction. With over 30 years of experience, Nico’s journey began at 15, sneaking into his dad’s workshop to hone his skills in finish carpentry. Fast forward to 2005, Nico Construction was born.
Unlike most builders, he’s on-site every day, boots on the ground, making sure every detail is done right. Rainy day? You might spot him at the job site, watching water flow to ensure proper drainage, because for Nico, doing things the right way isn’t just a promise, it’s how he builds.
